Vanessa Roberts

Born and bred in Gippsland, my passion for travel and adventure started with my Grandmother who traversed the corners of the globe until well into her 80’s, bringing home incredible stories and treasures. 

My family has always embraced a holiday, whether it be a driving adventure, visits to interstate family, or memories being made on our annual summer holiday to the beautiful town of Bermagui. 

Travel is my passion and my profession.  I have a Bachelor of Business, Tourism and Hospitality, and have worked for over 20 years with leading travel agencies and international hotel groups, lived overseas and had (quite a few!) of my own personal travel adventures. 

It is this knowledge, expertise and skill that I want to bring to you.

I have been so fortunate to have had the opportunity to book and plan travel for my community over the past 14 years. 

Not only exploring and sharing destinations but escorting small tours to Europe and planning and booking so many planes, train journeys and cruises.  

South Gippsland Travel has been created to continue sharing my experiences, passion and knowledge with others to help them realise their own travel dreams.
